An RICS Regulated Firm since January 2024, with MRICS-qualified professionals in every senior post. The standard we work to is audited from outside the business.
Our own cost data
An in-house Dubai measurement studio running CostX, and 10+ years of regional cost data behind it — so an estimate is benchmarked against what things actually cost here.
