A senior. Our cost and project management leads are MRICS qualified, and the person who replies to your brief is the person who will run the work — not a business-development layer that hands you on afterwards.
Are you regulated?
Yes. UN!Q has been an RICS Regulated Firm since January 2024, which means our practice, our people and our complaints handling are all held to RICS standards and are independently reviewable.
Is there a conflict if you already work with our contractor?
No. We are deliberately independent — UN!Q has no design, engineering or contracting arm, so the advice you get on cost, programme and procurement has nothing else riding on it.
Do you work outside Dubai?
Our head office is in Business Bay, Dubai, and we hold a dedicated country directorship for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Tell us where the project sits and we will tell you honestly how we would resource it.
What if I only need one piece of the work?
That is normal. Quantity surveying, contract administration, value engineering, planning and scheduling, or procurement support can all be appointed on their own — say which in your brief and we will scope just that.
