People

A consultancy is only its people.

We leave no stone unturned when selecting the top minds and talents in the industry, because the best projects are only achieved with the best people.

Why we lead with people

Judgement is the product.

We design nothing and build nothing. What a client buys from us is the judgement of the person in the room — so the hiring standard is the service standard, and we hold it whether the commission is a single fit-out or a five-star resort.

The rest of the team, shortly.

Our senior management profiles are being photographed and written now. Rather than fill this page with stock portraits, we would rather you met the real team a few weeks late. If you need to reach a specific discipline lead before then, our Dubai office will put you straight through.

Disciplines

Six disciplines, one accountable team.

Every commission draws on more than one of these, and they sit in the same offices rather than in separate businesses. Open a discipline to see what it owns and the roles inside it.

Project managers here carry a commission end to end — planning, design management, tenant coordination and construction management — and are the single accountable name a client can call. They are recruited for the temperament the job needs as much as the CV: the ability to hold a contractor, a designer and a funder to the same version of the truth.

Typical roles

  • Project Director
  • Senior Project Manager
  • Design Manager
  • Tenant Coordinator

Our quantity surveyors and commercial managers are the reason a UN!Q number holds. Every senior on a cost commission is MRICS-qualified, working off ten years of our own measured cost data and an in-house Dubai measurement studio on CostX rather than a benchmark bought in from elsewhere.

Typical roles

  • Senior Quantity Surveyor
  • Commercial Manager
  • Contract Administrator
  • Cost Manager

Procurement specialists identify, interrogate and negotiate the contractors and suppliers a project depends on — then stay on through delivery to run that chain operationally. Because we design nothing and build nothing ourselves, the recommendation a client receives is the one we believe, not the one that suits a sister company.

Typical roles

  • Procurement Manager
  • Supply Chain Lead
  • Tender Manager

Planners and controls engineers build the schedule, then defend it — earned value, critical path, package interfaces and the weekly conversation nobody enjoys but every recovered programme depends on. On multi-package work this is the discipline that tells a client the truth first.

Typical roles

  • Planning Manager
  • Project Controls Engineer
  • Scheduler

Our bid team is staffed by people who have delivered, not only written. They read a brief the way the delivery team will have to read it, which is why what a client is promised at tender is what the project team is handed on day one.

Typical roles

  • Bid Manager
  • Proposals Lead
  • Technical Author

A consultancy that sells judgement can only sell the people who have it. Our people function exists to find those people across the region, get them qualified, and keep the culture that made them want to join — training, mentorship and development are its measures, not headcount.

Typical roles

  • Talent Acquisition
  • Learning and Development
  • People Operations

Life at UN!Q

What we owe the people who join us.

Four commitments, in the order they matter. They are what we are held to by the people who work here, and the reason most of them stay.

UN!Que Project Solutions
  1. Qualified mentorship

Career development under professionally qualified mentorship — seniors here are expected to bring the next MRICS through, not just sign the certificate.

  2. Work worth doing

Challenging but rewarding projects: five-star hospitality, large residential, healthcare and industrial commissions across the UAE and KSA.

  3. Heard, not managed

Appreciated, heard, and above all, valued. A flat enough structure that a good argument wins regardless of who makes it.

  4. Independent by design

No design, engineering or contracting arm to protect. Our people give clients the advice they actually hold, which is the only kind worth having.
