The role
- Administer the construction contract through to final account
- Assess interim payments, variations and change management
- Maintain bonds and insurance logs and issue contractual notices
- Manage and mentor a small commercial team

- Post-contract experience on major hospitality developments
- Confident with FIDIC forms of contract
