UN!Q are employed as Sub-Consultant under the Supervision Consultant (SSH International) to provide Cost and Contract Management professionals for the duration of the Construction programme, administering the Construction Contract via Interim Payments, Change Management and Variations, Bonds and Insurances logs, and preparation of Contractual Notices for the Engineer etc.
