Wasl Tower
Al Wasl Tower feature the world’s tallest ceramic facade. Construction of a 302-meter-tall Mixed-use Hospitality (Mandarin Oriental) Commercial and Residential Tower comprising 2 Basements, a Ground Floor, (62) floors, and Parking building with ground plus 11 floors. Its capacity to acclimatise to local temperatures through shading and cooling techniques sets this building apart for sustainability within the hot desert climate.
UN!Q is engaged in the preparation of detailed design Bills of Quantities, Tender Estimates, Tender Analysis/Report, and Contract Documents, along with Post-Contract commercial administration through the final account stage.
