Development of two separate sales centres in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, as Villa typologies for the planned developments including Showroom, Reception, Café, Meeting Rooms, Sales Offices, Operations Room, WCs, and BOH with individual GFA of circa 900m2 each.

Full Project + Cost Management at Tender and Construction, with Procurement via a Design & Build Form of Contract. With Design being to Concept level of Detail and Employers Requirements provided and tight programmes of 3 and 2 months respectively.
